Carlos Vidal
VP of enterprise, Mr Jeff
Carlos Vidal joined Jeff in July 2020 as the vice president of enterprise. He leads the expansion and consolidation of the brand among investors and multi-unit franchisees in all regions.
Vidal held the role of president of international expansion at Orangetheory Fitness for three years before eventually joining Jeff in 2020.
Prior to his time with Orangetheory Fitness, Vidal was vice president of Dunkin´ Brands for Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean; held the vice presidency of Europe and Latam at Dunkin Brands (2011-2016), assumed the direction of Yum! Iberia (2003-2008), a restaurant group including Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Bell; and was manager of the franchise area at McDonald’s (1996-2003).
Throughout his professional career, Vidal has been responsible for the opening of more than 1,200 franchise units, the incorporation of more than 300 franchisees, and the international consolidation
of multiple brands across different industries.
Will Bartholomew
Founder and CEO, D1 Training
Will Bartholomew founded D1 Sports Training in 2001 in his hometown of Nashville, TN. His passion for sport developed early, earning All-State honors in three sports in high school (football, wresting, and track).
Will followed his passion for sport to The University of Tennessee where he played fullback for Peyton Manning. While at Tennessee, Will won the 1998 National Championship and captained the team in 2001.
At Tennessee, he found his passion for lifting and the training foundation for D1 Sports Training. Will’s vision for D1 grew into a multi-million-dollar company with over 60 training locations across the country.
Steve White
President and COO, PuroClean
Steve White is the chief operating officer (COO) at PuroClean, where he is responsible for leading the brand’s operational and day-to-day tasks. His key area of focus is to strengthen the processes that will ensure sustained success for the growing PuroClean franchise system.
Prior to his time at PuroClean, he dedicated 18 years to Allegra Network where he most recently held the title of COO and served as president of the company’s Signs Now brand. Prior to his tenure at Allegra Network, White, a former captain in the United States Army, spent five and a half years at Domino’s Pizza. He has been involved in every level of franchise organizations, big and small, including ownership.
Steve’s strengths include executive leadership, building successful teams, strategic planning, driving new growth for franchisees, marketing, and franchise support.
Rob Price
CEO, School of Rock
Rob Price joined School of Rock as CEO in 2017 after leading three years of growth as president of Edible Arrangements.
Prior executive roles included marketing and merchandising leadership at CVS Health, Wawa Food Markets, and H-E-B Grocery. Rob earned an MBA with highest academic honors from Harvard Business School and a BS in Applied Economics from Cornell University. Rob has a passion for teaching and learning.
He was a visiting professor at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and was a Henry Crown Fellow and Richard Braddock Scholar at the Aspen Institute.
Rune Sovndahl
Co-founder, Fantastic Services
Rune Sovndahl is a Danish-born entrepreneur, leader and co-founder of the fastest-growing home service franchise in the U.K. – Fantastic Services. In 2009 Rune met Anton Skarlatov, and they quickly realised the home service industry in the UK needs refurbishing.
Rune's interest in marketing and high-tech solutions helped bring Fantastic Services from a small carpet cleaning company to an international, multi-award-winning, 8-figure franchising business with over 530 franchisees across four continents.
20 years ago, Rune moved to London for his studies in business information systems design at South Bank University. Little did he know this step would be the first in creating one of the most acclaimed
home service businesses in the U.K.
Chris Wyle
Multi-unit franchisee, Pitman Training
Chris Wyle started his franchising journey in 2012 when he left a successful, albeit dissatisfying, career in the finance sector.
He followed his passion for training and education and established his first Pitman Training centre in Birmingham and is now the proud owner of 8 training centres. Wyle was able to tap into his desire to help people gain career prospects, interviews and promotions with Pitman Training as well as spend time with his family and dog.
His success with Pitman has seen him take ownership of the Cardiff, Nottingham, Leicester, Cambridge, Bishop Stortford, Clapham and most recently, Sheffield regions.
He is also the master franchisee for another educational brand called School is Easy which sits alongside Pitman Training in the LaunchLife Inc. Portfolio.
Greg Mooneyham
Multi-unit franchisee, Snap Fitness
Greg Mooneyham is a former United States Air Force pilot who joined the corporate world in 1995 before moving to franchising in 2002. After serving as a fighter pilot for over a decade, Mooneyham returned to civilian life as an account executive for Johnson Controls, where he learnt about real estate and store management.
In 2007, he opened his first Snap Fitness location in Atlanta, Georgia, soon followed by two more. In 2012, Mooneyham was hired by a small private equity group to head up their group of 40 Snap Fitness locations.
In 2016, he went back out on his own and started Peak Fitness Solutions. Peak Fitness provides management services to the boutique gym market. Mooneyham is the president of Peak Fitness and also still owns three Snap Fitness locations in the Atlanta market.
Steve Holloway
Global partnership director, IWG
Prior to joining IWG, Steve spent 13 years working with Costa Coffee, growing the business in the U.K. and across the world, developing strategic partnerships that helped create the second largest coffee shop chain in the world.
Farrah Rose
Head of international development, The Franchising Centre
Farrah Rose is an experienced figure in the world of franchising, and has worked with over 300 brands globally, and has worked in franchising since 1984. She is currently the head of international development, where she leads brands through global growth strategies.
She started out as Burger King’s European franchise manager, but quickly moved to the Arcadia Group in 1990, the U.K.’s second largest retailer. She was responsible for preparing master franchise and license offers for many of the group’s top brands, from Dorothy Perkins to Debenhams. She worked with partners from the Middle East to Japan with the Arcadia Group. She has worked with the likes of Nestle and Unilever in her role.
Rose left the group in 1997 and joined as founding member of The Franchising Centre where she was appointed as the international franchise development consultant and shortly after was appointed to the board as the international development director.
Patricia Perry
Vice president of franchise development, Edible Arrangements
Patricia Perry is the vice president of franchise development at Edible Arrangements and she is leading the brand’s growth efforts nationally and internationally. She is responsible for increasing the global market-share for the franchise brands and oversees global franchise development, real estate, new store design, construction, licensing and consumer packaged goods and business gifting.
Prior to joining Edible, Perry founded a couple of regional foodservice concepts and held leadership roles for the likes of Krispy Kreme, Blink Fitness and Church’s Chicken. She also holds a number of positions on boards such as the Institute for Certified Franchise Executives.
Perry attended Spelman college where she received a BS in mathematics and a BA in spanish. In addition, she completed her MBA and gained her certified franchise executive accreditation from the International Franchise Association (IFA).
Lee Mitchell
Multi-unit franchisee, Yum! Brands
Lee Mitchell is a multi-unit franchisee with The Habit Burger Grill and Taco Bell. Combined, Mitchell owns 13 Habit Burger Grill and Taco Bell locations throughout the Palm Springs area.
Mitchell always wanted to own his own business from a young age, and began as an assistant manager at Taco Bell to gain experience in the restaurant industry, and later moved to the brand’s franchising department. He learned about the brand and customer service, and pursued his MBA whilst working at Taco Bell. When a few stores came on sale, Mitchell made a bid and became a Taco Bell franchisee.
Mitchell is a graduate of the University of Wyoming, as well as UCLA, and currently sits on the board of the Taco Bell Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions group.
Stephanie Mosley
Multi-unit franchisee, Marco’s Pizza
Stephanie Moseley is an African American female Air Force veteran and multi-unit Marco’s Pizza franchisee who was just recognized by the International Franchise Association with its prestigious franchisee of the year award. She currently has two locations to her name, and has signed for a third.
Moseley spent seven years as an Air Force intelligence analyst with top-secret clearance, running a division that oversaw the highest – and fastest – flying reconnaissance aircraft ever built. In this role, she learned how to apply critical and analytical thinking in decision-making.
A former Air Force Captain, her military experience transitioned into a career in pharmaceutical and biotech sales, and into entrepreneurship, and allowed her to achieve growth and long-term success.
Amanda Hall
Chief operating officer, ISI Elite Training
Amanda Hall is the chief operating officer for ISI Elite Training. Amanda has fine-tuned her passion for taking a vision from imagination to reality during her journey to the C-suite. Hall held a number of titles prior to her current role at ISI Elite Training, and returned to the fitness industry because it’s her primary passion.
During her professional career, she has been intimately involved in the franchise and business development for Verizon, Burn Boot Camp, and Clean Juice. During her time at Burn Boot Camp, Hall was involved in growing the brand from 16 to 270 locations across 38 states.
Amanda's most important goal is to lead by example and inspire her daughters to strive for their dreams and reach for the stars in every aspect of their lives.
Suhail Rehman
Multi-unit franchisee, Home Instead
Suhail opened his first franchise office in Glasgow in 2013, before being joined in the business by his wife Tasnim, they have since opened four more territories, Glasgow South, Stirling & Falkirk, Perthshire, South Ayrshire and Kilmarnock.
After gaining a degree in aeronautical engineering from Glasgow University, he worked in the aerospace industry before setting up in software publishing.
Rehman has also been instrumental in helping establish a number of voluntary and charitable organisations in Glasgow. His voluntary experience in the care sector also paved the way to being introduced to Home Instead.
Suhail enjoys the challenge of building and growing a business, so it’s no surprise that further expansion of their portfolio is being planned, his aim - ‘To be Scotland’s most admired care group’.
Mike Hemming
Global operations and project manager, Cartridge World
Hemming joined the company in 2002, and is the longest serving member for Cartridge World and has held several positions during his time with the company including technical support, R&D manager, training, quality assurance.
In January 2017, Hemming assumed the role of operations and project Manager. During his time with Cartridge World, Hemming had been successful in the roll out and support of around 100 franchises in the U.K., achieving STMC certification on two occasions and developing internal quality control testing processes.
With a blend of over 20 years-experience in franchising, retail, technical support, training and managed print services (MPS), he is able to apply his knowledge and experience to a fast paced, ever-changing industry.
Matt McCollum
CEO and franchisee, BODYBAR Pilates
Matt McCollum, CEO and franchisee of BODYBAR Pilates and quickly discovered that the only way to build a successful business was to help others achieve their goals. He had already gained experience as a master franchisee with the Maid Right Franchise Group, and was ready to bring his wife with him.
In 2015, McCollum and wife Kamille, joined BODYBAR Pilates as franchisees, and were overjoyed with the success of their first studio. In 2019, McCollum was offered the role of CEO with the brand, and gladly accepted it.
Rather than just generating revenue, McCollum wants to use his platform to make a positive impact on the people around him.
