We hosted the fourth and final webinar of Multi-Unit Month 2022 on the topics of succession and leadership in multi-unit networks. During the course of the engaging conversation, the panelists touched on how the exit strategy should be investigated from the discovery stage, and that franchisors could be more cognizant of this.
