FAT Brands, the parent company of Fat Burger, Buffalo’s Express and 15 other restaurant concepts, has announced the signing of a four-store franchise development agreement with Whole Factor Inc. The two brands’ stores are expected to open over the course of three years. The franchisee, Whole Factor Inc., has 10 Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express locations in development across Florida, with the first location scheduled to open near the end of 2022.
“We see Florida as a strong growth market for Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express and are pleased to have a partner like Whole Factor to bring 14 locations to the state over the next several years,” said Taylor Wiederhorn, chief development officer of FAT Brands.
“We continually hear from our fans that they are eager for us to open in Florida, so we hope that they are just as excited as we are now that we are not only coming to Orlando, but also Tampa.
Fatburger recently opened its first ever location on the iconic Las Vegas strip, within the Excalibur Hotel & Casino. The brand also has plans to open another location at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas this summer, read more here.
