Hooters of America, LLC, today announced the seventeenth Hooters location in Mexico. The new 3,995 square foot restaurant, sited at Avenida Constituyentes Oriente 40, Local R-07, Nivel, Puerta la Victoria features a large outdoor area and an AV package on 33 screens.
