With rising concern around COVID-19, MUFC has rescheduled until later in the year.
Franchise Update Media, the organizer of the Multi-Unit Franchising Conference to be held in Las Vegas, has rescheduled the major franchise event until later in the year. The event was previously set to take place from April 14-17, but will now happen from August 31 – September 3, 2020. The show will still be held at the new Caesar’s Forum.
“We made the decision to move the conference date out of an abundance of caution and concern for our customers,” said Gary Gardner, chairman of Franchise Update Media. “We will execute the same great event experience you anticipate, just a little later.”
All details of the conference remain the same, but at a later date. This means that keynote speakers Captain Scott Kelly and Sharktank investor Kevin O’Leary will still speak at the event in August.
“Some franchisees are experiencing a slowing in sales as a result of COVID-19,” Gardner continued. “We will be all ready to get back to normal business when this is all over. We look forward to providing a forum for everyone to engage in great networking, content, and an exhibit hall full of new franchise brands and business services. We’ll see you in August!”
