The acquisition will lead to the reinvigoration of the 130-store concept.
Amici Partners Group, LLC., an investment group affiliated with BRIX Holdings which owns the likes of Red Mango Yogurt Cafe Smoothie & Juice Bar and Orange Leaf, has completed the acquisition of Friendly’s Restaurants.
Comprised of 130 corporate-owned and franchised locations across the East Coast, Friendly’s has been a local favorite for more than 80 years. The Amici group plans to keep all locations open, preserving thousands of workers’ jobs.
