The quick-service restaurant plans to build new units in Sydney and cities across Australia.
Camy’s Chargrill Chicken plans to build new locations in Sydney and the rest of Australia after successfully launching three company-owned restaurants and building the brand in New South Wales.
The quick-service restaurant specializes in chargrill chicken, salads, burgers, wraps, drinks and artisan products.
“We’ve always believed in our product and are really excited that we will now be able to share our happiness and passion with more people, while spreading our flavors and traditions in more places,” said founder Cameron Khilla.
The brand met the DC Strategy team at the Sydney Franchising and Business Opportunities Expo held at the ICC Sydney, in Darling Harbour. Since then, Camy’s has planned for and focused on franchised expansion.
After consultation with DC Strategy, the brand now believes it is ready to franchise its business offering with its proven business model, training, ongoing support and unique menu.
“Camy’s Chargrill Chicken brings a new era to the casual dining food space and paves the way for a young generation of franchise owners. Cameron has built a successful business operation and created a humbling work environment for his family and staff, all while being in his mid-twenties!” said James Young, head of franchise development at DC Strategy.
Camy’s continued to operate during the lockdown restrictions by turning into a delivery-only business, demonstrating a different income stream during such restrictive times.
