How All Points PR became a world-leading player in franchise services

An ambitious, integrated strategy and strong culture of employee development catapulted All Points PR to award-winning success

Lauren and Jamie Izaks founded All Points Public Relations in 2011 with a vision to create a new, modernized style of integrated public relations providing exceptional support to franchise brands nationwide.

Now with dozens of clients ranging from startups and seasoned serial entrepreneurs to international franchise brands, their mission is well accomplished. All Points PR was recognized in the Global Franchise Awards 2024 for its passion, personal approach, and professionalism, as well as smart integrated PR solutions focused on delivering results for forward-thinking franchise businesses.

“We truly serve as an extension of our clients, diving headfirst into their growth goals, helping them achieve their most important business objectives and coming up with creative solutions to pressing challenges,” said Jamie and Lauren Izaks, in acknowledgement of their award.

Covering all points

All Points currently has more than 45 full-time employees working across four integrated disciplines – public relations, creative and digital, content marketing and lead qualifying.

“We embrace a rally call in the agency – Think Big, Act Big, Present Big,” explained the founders. “This statement has been a centering point for us since our beginnings 13 years ago. Our clients need to stand apart from the competition, so we must go BIG, and an integrated, campaign-style approach enables us to keep on the leading edge of public relations.”

The team supports both sides of its clients’ businesses: the customer side and franchise development. Additionally, through its dedicated franchise sales department, All Points offers franchise lead-qualifying and sales management services, helping clients vet leads and move them through the sales process.

All Points’ audiences are primarily North American, but the firm often supports clients with work focused on South America, Central America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East and Asia too.

“Our focus on producing meaningful results for clients means we just happen to earn awards while doing it,” commented Jamie and Lauren. “We’re proud to have received numerous accolades in the PR and Franchise industries, including Best Franchise PR Firm by Global Franchise, Best B2B Campaign by the Bulldog PR Awards and recognition on the Entrepreneur Top Franchise Suppliers list.”

Collaboration and support

Relentless in its efforts to achieve and accelerate past client goals with proactive, creative ideation and strategic planning, the All Points PR team regularly engages in immersive and collaborative processes to brainstorm and create PR plans for its clients.

This enables them to provide comprehensive support in the form of rebranding initiatives, website refreshes, expert video recording and editing, innovative trade show booth designs, engaging webinars, and a myriad of other projects. While these are not typical of a boutique agency, they come second nature to All Points PR because of its “Big Picture” approach.

This approach leads to impressive results. “By creating our food truck-focused webinar, All Points was able to drive high-quality leads, which resulted in signing multiple franchise deals. We couldn’t have achieved this without the strategic planning and preparatory processes All Points crafted for us,” said Frank Gonzalez, former Director of Non-Traditional Development for Wetzel’s Pretzels.

Staying ahead of the curve demands a dedication to learning and growth. The emphasis on ongoing employee education empowers the team to constantly evolve, armed with the latest strategies, insights and tools. This dedication doesn’t just elevate the team’s expertise; it translates directly into the quality of service delivered to clients.

It’s this culture of continual learning that fuels its ability to craft innovative, effective, and tailored PR solutions that consistently exceed expectations.

Great culture leads to BIG results

All Points PR is proud to foster a non-competitive work environment where every individual is valued and can thrive. Remarkably, every current member of its senior staff began their journey with the company as entry-level associates.

“We firmly believe that nurturing professional growth and development is the cornerstone of our innovation,” the founders explained. “The All Points Ready For Next program is designed to provide our staff with continuous learning opportunities, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in an ever-changing business environment.”

“The Best PR Firm award reaffirms what we’ve always believed – our team has unparalleled talent. With internal mantras like Don’t Fear the F*** Up, we embody a spirit of boldness and resilience. This Global Franchise recognition validates our commitment to delivering exceptional client results and invigorates us even more for the future.”

Going above and beyond

Measuring success doesn’t stop with client metrics. “We also believe that success isn’t just measured by business growth and client satisfaction, but also by the positive impact we make in the world around us,” added Jamie and Lauren. “Every quarter, our agency comes together to participate in various Positive Impact events aimed at supporting nonprofit organizations in the Chicagoland community. We also take great pride in spearheading the PRo Community Project, an ongoing initiative that offers our PR mix of services pro bono to local nonprofit organizations each year.”

In the spirit of promoting the franchise business model and international franchising, Lauren and Jamie co-founded with Andrew Bleiman (Marks & Klein) the Northern Illinois Franchise Association (NIFA), in partnership with the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Franchise Business Network program, with a mission to help franchisors, franchisees and suppliers grow personally and professionally.

NIFA hosts four quarterly events covering various timely topics related to franchising globally, government relations, the economy and more, providing attendees the opportunity to learn and develop skills, contacts and relationships. In addition to NIFA, Jamie is on the IFA Supplier Forum Board and IFA’s Marketing & Innovation Committee.
