Five new franchise agreements signed by RLH Corporation has signed include a new franchised Red Lion Inn & Suites in Saraland, AL; GuestHouse Inns in Monroe, NC, and Bloomington, MN; and Americas Best Value Inns in Porter, TX, and Sumter, SC.
The Red Lion Inn & Suites in Saraland will have 73 guestrooms, free continental breakfast and WiFi, a heated indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center. The property is projected to open during the first quarter of 2018.
The GuestHouse in Monroe will have 79 guestrooms, free continental breakfast and WiFi, an outdoor pool and meeting space. The property is projected to open in November.
The GuestHouse in Bloomington will have 209 guestrooms, a heated indoor pool, free WiFi, and a breakfast buffet. The property is anticipated to open this month.
The Americas Best Value Inn in Porter will have 40 guestrooms. It is a new-construction property that is expected to open in September 2018.
The Americas Best Value Inn & Suites in Sumter will have 58 guestrooms, free breakfast and WiFi, and an outdoor pool. The property is projected to open in December.
