Retail tire franchisors Big O Tires has announced its imminent expansion into Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri.
The franchisor, which currently operates over 400 locations in 23 states, has made an agreement with Mark Rhee and Western Automotive Ventures. Rhee already has 56 locations, 12 of these in Nevada.
