The U.K.’s primary authority on franchising is keen to hear from franchisors on what kind of issues are currently impacting their business.
Today, the British Franchise Association (bfa) launched a survey to hear from U.K. franchisors on how the current international health crisis is impacting their day-to-day operations, and what kind of support is currently being offered to the many franchisee networks that exist within the U.K.
The survey, which can be completed here, is designed to only take five minutes. It’s structured in a way so that the bfa can ascertain exactly what kind of support franchisors are currently seeking in these unprecedented times.
“The bfa has created the British Franchising Survey to assess the impact of COVID-19 on franchised business. We are working to lobby on the challenges franchising is facing specifically so that we are equipped with the right information to represent these challenges effectively in a focused and constructive way,” said Pip Wilkins, CEO of the bfa. “If you are a franchisor, I would be grateful if you would take five minutes of your time to complete the survey. Any information you share within the survey will be kept confidential but will give us a stronger picture of how franchising is impacted and how the various support services are working for you.
“We know that today, no matter how strong your network is, you will be facing challenges. We want to see as many franchised businesses come through this pandemic as possible.”
Alongside the survey, the bfa announced that from next week it would be hosting a weekly ‘Power Hour’, open to any U.K. franchisor and created to provide peer-to-peer support.
