The at-home care expert is expanding its network with a new franchise agreement.
CareBuilders at Home, a national network of private duty home care agencies providing non-medical care and comprehensive home health care solutions, recently announced the signing of a new franchise agreement to bring its concept to the Metro Detroit area. This new location will offer support with activities including daily living, errands, light housekeeping, and medication compliance.
The Metro Detroit franchise has been signed up by local resident Jeff Brown, who has extensive experience in the sales industry. His recent roles include positions at Gannet and TimeWarner, and earlier in Brown’s career, he worked in medical and home healthcare sales, spending nearly eight years working for Baxter Healthcare.
“We are so excited to open a CareBuilders location in Oakland County, where our family has lived and worked for decades,” said Brown. “After years of working in corporate America, I knew it was time for me to take the next step. My parents and in-laws are aging, as are the parents of many of my friends. The need for home health care is booming especially today as folks are looking for safe alternatives to nursing homes and retirement communities.”
CareBuilders at Home is the only franchise model in its segment that takes on the full back-office needs for each franchise location, so that franchisees can focus on growing their business and meeting client needs.
The brand is currently expanding into new markets, and has prioritized Michigan, Illinois, Texas (Dallas/Houston), the Bay Area, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
“Jeff is the perfect fit to bring CareBuilders at Home to Detroit. With his background in client relations and sales, as well as his personal experience caring for aging parents and in-laws, we are sure that residents in the area who need our services will benefit from his leadership and compassion,” said Avi Savitsky, director of franchise strategy. “We are eager to open as the need in Metro Detroit for at-home care continues to increase.”
