Celebree School, a leader in early childhood education that provides infant and toddler care, preschool, before and aftercare and summer camp programs, has announced the appointment of David Floyd as VP of franchise development.
In this role, David will be responsible for bringing on franchisees who are aligned with Celebree’s vision and values, as well as managing the overall franchise sales process.
David brings more than a decade of franchise experience to Celebree and is a multi-brand franchisee himself. He started his career in business as a financial analyst for 13 years before becoming a franchise development manager in various roles. Most recently, David was the development director for FranDevCo where he was responsible for managing the growth of a portfolio of emerging franchise brands across multiple industries.
“Franchising has changed my life for the better, so one of the reasons I’m excited to take on this role is because I will be able to leverage my own experience as a franchisee to help guide others as they explore franchising for themselves,” David shared. “I look forward to helping expand Celebree’s footprint nationwide through innovative strategies and fulfilling our mission to Grow People Big and Small.”
Celebree’s overall expansion goal is to open 150 new schools over the next three years.
“We’ve grown a lot this past year and my plan is to stay on this trajectory so we can reach our development goal,” said Richard Huffman, founder and CEO of Celebree School. “With his franchise background and being a franchisee himself, David will be a great addition to our team as we step into this next era of growth.”
