Cyberbacker, the virtual assistance brand, has made significant steps towards its first global expansion in Canada by signing its first franchisee. Starting in November 2021, Cyberbacker began supporting local businesses in the Toronto area with affordable and competent administrative support, so the business itself can focus on growth.
This deal represents Cyberbacker’s first international agreement, and has plans to continue expanding internationally, mainly in Canada and the U.K.
“Toronto is the business capital of Canada, so it makes perfect sense for us to offer our services to the growing number of local business owners there,” said Jason Stowe, vice president of franchising at Cyberbacker.
“We have the resources and the passion for helping others succeed and we could not be more excited to officially enter the international franchising space with the sale of our first territory in Canada.”
Cyberacker was founded in 2018 by CEO, Craig Goodliffe, who had a passion for helping business owners work towards their goals and accelerate their growth. Some of the services offered by the brand include appointment setting, social media management, web design, and document creation. The virtual assistance brand currently has 2,234 clients.
”From the beginning, we knew that Cyberbacker had the potential to expand worldwide,” said Stowe.
“The fact that we have secured multiple franchise locations across the United States in just one year combined with Cyberbacker’s adaptability to service all industries gives us the confidence that our proven business model will continue to produce positive results on an international level.”
