Rush Bowls forges ahead with expansion as demand continues to grow with 10 locations in the next six months and 30 next year.
The fast-casual concept well known for its healthy and fresh meal bowls saw the opening of eight locations in 2020. With increased demand, Rush Bowls is set to open 10 new locations within the next six months. Rush Bowls plans to open even more, with a view to open 30 locations next year and another 30 to 50 in the development pipeline.
“Since pioneering the smoothie bowl concept 17 years ago, we’ve built a loyal customer base and they have really helped us get to where we are today,” said Andrew Pudalov, founder and CEO of Rush Bowls. “We could not be happier to share the magic of Rush Bowls and connect with more people.”
While healthy food is greatly in demand, Rush Bowls has continued to innovate its product offering by paying attention to trends and widespread lifestyle changes. By prioritizing its customer needs during the pandemic and maintaining quality taste, Rush Bowls has garnered a base of loyal customers.
“I’m really proud of how we navigated our way to success and were able to bring Rush Bowls to more states despite the pandemic,” said Pudalov. “We are even more determined to continue growing, innovating, and making healthy food accessible in more communities.”
Opening in 2016 with its fresh food bowls consisting of fruit, granola, honey, vegetables, and other healthy ingredients, Rush Bowl was commended by QSR and featured on “The 40/40 List” that celebrates America’s newest and hottest fast-casual dining concepts.
