Multi-brand franchisor The Dwyer Group has acquired residential property management franchise system Real Property Management, adding more than 300 franchises to its portfolio.
This is the eleventh acquisition in the last 42 months for The Dwyer Group and brings its total number of consumer brands to 20 and system-wide sales to more than US$1.7 billion.
Real Property Management franchisees serve rental units, including single-family homes, townhouses, condominiums, multiplexes and small apartment buildings, that lack on-site management. The franchisor finds and screens tenants, completes lease agreements, collects rent and arranges repairs.
