The home services provider has just signed a master franchise agreement in Ireland.
Building on strong growth in the U.K., Fantastic Services has expanded to Ireland with the awarding of a master franchise agreement to develop the brand across the country. Fantastic Services has penetrated 30 markets in the U.K. since the start of 2020 with a plethora of services, including removals, pest control, cleaning, handyman and gardening.
“We have been successful in implementing a strong business model and providing industry know-how to our franchise partners, and we strongly believe that our master franchisee in Ireland will quickly grow a sustainable business with the formula we have in place,” said Anton Skarlatov, co-founder and CEO of Fantastic Services.
“Our new partner is exactly the type of learning-based, growth-oriented leader, who has the ability to conquer the property-maintenance market in Ireland.”
The master franchisee will be responsible for developing the brand in Ireland and recruit a number of area franchisees for different regions.
“The area franchisees will exclusively represent Fantastic Services in a specific territory in Ireland and grow a profitable business by recruiting and managing several franchise units,” added Skarlatov.
“Fantastic Services will provide them with 12+ years of know-how, a successful business model, a bespoke and sophisticated CRM system, and advanced training.”
Established over a decade ago, Fantastic Services has focused on building its technological platforms and adding new capabilities to facilitate seamless communication between franchisees and technicians.

“Our franchisees performed extremely well, with several of our area developers exceeding a yearly revenue of one million pounds.”
