In light of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, Paris’ key franchise event has been postponed.
Franchise Expo Paris was previously pushed back until 24-27 May, 2020, due to the original date being interrupted by the emerging concern around the coronavirus.
Due to this situation still being an international pandemic, Reed Expositions France, in agreement with the French franchise association, has announced that the 2020 edition of Franchise Expo Paris will take place from 4 October until 7 October, in the same location – Pavilions 2&3, Porte de Versailles, Paris – as previously scheduled.
“The situation surrounding the COVID-19 epidemic is changing daily and the government measures are becoming increasingly restrictive,” said Michel Filzi, president of Reed Expositions France. “Holding an event such as Franchise Expo Paris, at the end of May, and in the same conditions as previously planned, for our clients, partners and employees, is no [longer] possible.”
Sylvie Gaudy, director of Franchise Expo Paris, said: “We appreciate the support and feedback we received from many Franchise Expo Paris customers and partners. We are grateful for their patience and understanding regarding the situation.”
