Ray Titus, CEO of the United Franchise Group, was recently awarded the outstanding leadership award during the Distinguished Alumni and Leadership Awards. The Education Foundation of Palm Beach County in partnership with the Palm Beach County Business Development Board and the School District of Palm Beach County was responsible for the award. The awards program is designed to showcase the importance of investing in tomorrow’s leaders from a young age.
“I have lived in Palm Beach County for more than 35 years and believe it is important to give back to the community in which I live and work,” said Titus, CEO of United Franchise Group.
“No matter what you do in life, education is the most important investment a person can make. For me, I am inspired whenever I teach the next generation about franchising and see them open their own business.”
As well as being recognized for his contributions to the world of franchising, he was also recognized for going above and beyond for education as well as serving as a mentor in the community.
“Ray’s well-deserved award goes to show that hard work, passion, and a “never give up” attitude really goes a long way,” said James Gavrilos, president and CEO of Education Foundation of Palm Beach County.
