Scott Redler has been appointed into the new position at Freddy’s after serving as chief operations officer.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has appointed co-founder Scott Redler as its new chief experience officer (CXO) after serving for as the chief operations officer (COO) for 19 years. Redler co-founded Freddy’s with business partners Bill and Randy Simon in 2002.
He will bring 45 years of experience into a new role precipitated by the acquisition of Freddy’s by private equity firm Thompson Capital Street Partners in March.

Credited with over 20 different concepts, Redler is considered an industry veteran with his knowledge and is often called-upon by peers for advice and insights. Currently, he serves as treasurer of the National Restaurant Association’s Board of Directors and is a recipient of many awards, including the 2020 IFA silver plate award.

Freddy’s was founded in 2002 and has since grown to over 400 locations in 34 states.
