Following a string of franchise agreements in 2019, this up-and-coming fitness studio has big 2020 plans.
Jabz Boxing, a boutique fitness franchise centered around exercises designed for women, has announced the finalizing of a multi-unit franchise agreement that will see five new locations for the brand develop along the east coast of the States.
Signed with fitness-focused couple Helen and Larry O’Keefe, the first of the new locations is scheduled to open in the fall of 2020. This new deal comes off the back of a successful 2019, which saw Jabz Boxing sign agreements in Utah, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
“My husband and I have always pursued a healthy lifestyle through exercise, nutrition, and sports,” said Helen O’Keefe. “We discovered Jabz Boxing a couple of months ago, and immediately knew it was the right investment for our family. We are thrilled to help empower women through fitness and can’t wait to open our first location in the months ahead.”
Helen’s background is primarily in education, as the entrepreneur spent nearly two decades teaching history. Larry has an equally consistent portfolio, having spent over 20 years in corporate America. But their shared passion for business will no doubt help them thrive with the Jabz Boxing brand.

The brand began franchising in Arizona in 2013 and soon grew to nearly 20 locations. Last year, Jabz Boxing decided to go national, and has since opened locations in Voorhees, NJ, and Ridley Park, PA. Key markets currently being targeted include Denver, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Las Vegas.
Jabz Boxing offers intense, boxing-inspired full-body workouts to help clients achieve fitness goals. Classes are kept small to encourage an individual and positive workout experience, and all classes are led by dedicated, certified instructors who offer one-on-one support for all members.
