Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care has announced the opening of its 300th location in Urbandale, Iowa. Iowa’s first Kiddie Academy unit will bring 28 jobs to the area and expects to serve 182 children aged between six months to 12 years.

The brand has been ranked on numerous lists from the likes of Entrepreneur and other franchising publications.

In the past year, the brand has celebrated 40 years of childhood education by donating $40,000 to a national non-profit focused on providing prevention, shelter and stabilization services to communities across the U.S. As a result of the brand’s philanthropic efforts, it was named the 2022 Cause Marketing Champion award in Franchise Update Media’s Franchise Innovation Awards.
