The growing pizza brand announces plans to add five new locations in Cleveland as a part of its greater franchise development plans.
Marco’s Pizza has operated in the state of Cleveland since 1989 and has grown to 50 locations. Area representatives Matt Baker, Ashley Jones and Mike Jaynes have identified five prime areas for expansion: Ohio City, Fairlawn, Dover/New Philadelphia, Brecksville/Broadview Heights and Ashtabula.
“We’re seeking candidates who are passionate not just about Marco’s Pizza as a brand, but also about being committed to community,” said Baker.
“We’re a beloved brand throughout this region and want to be sure we grow with franchise partners who share our passion for community. While we’ve identified these as prime markets for development, we’re open to other areas in greater Cleveland-Akron-Canton Ohio as well.”
Matt Baker has been Marco’s area representative for 10 years and a franchisee partner for 15 after starting with Marco’s as a teenager. He and his partners, Jones and Jaynes together manage 14 locations in the Cleveland territory.

Marco’s Pizza was founded in 1978 by Pasquale Giammarco, and today has grown to over 1,000 locations in 34 states with locations in the Bahamas and Puerto Rico.
