Forecasting a boom in the wellness industry, Massage Heights has announced multiple executive hires.
The franchise known for its resort quality massage, skincare and general wellness has announced multiple hires to its executive team including Scott Schubiger as chief development officer, overseeing all parts of the franchise development process.
“Scott Schubiger is the perfect person to serve as our first chief development officer, as he joins our team with a proven track record of success when it comes to developing and growing franchise concepts,” said Susan Boresow, president and CEO of Massage Heights. “As we gear up to achieve significant growth in the coming years, we are thrilled to have Scott on our team, knowing he’ll be a big part of moving the brand forward.”
Schubiger brings 20 years of franchise development experience to this role, in addition to a number of leadership positions held at the likes of Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, Lift Brands and many more.

Donald McConnell and Jim Graham have also been brought onto the board and into leadership roles with 30 years of experience between them. McConnell will take on the role of director of field support and Graham will serve as a franchise business consultant and senior data analyst.
Board member David Humphrey has also been named second vice chairman of the International Franchise Association (IFA).
