NerdsToGo plans to expand its presence in the Greater Houston area by opening 15 locations within the year. The brand will showcase its offering at the 2021 Franchise Expo Houston (booth #115) taking place at the NRG Center Oct. 29-30.
“The Greater Houston area is one of the largest and most diverse business regions in the nation and we see tremendous growth potential in this market,” said Mark Jameson, chief support and development officer at Propelled Brands.
“As the number of businesses choosing to work remotely continues to rise, tech service and repair is becoming a necessary and valuable resource. We are confident that with our proven business model, managed service plans, and the support and resources we provide, our franchisees will thrive.”
The franchising sector is expected to grow by seven per cent by the end of 2021, with business services being one the crucial sectors propelling that growth. The brand is currently seeking franchisees and offers a special incentive for veterans and first responders, including paramedics, emergency medical technicians, police officers, sheriffs, and firefighters.
NerdsToGo has been on a path of growth and last month, announced the expansion of its services in Florida with 65 units planned to open by 2026. The brand also named Jim Howe as the president of NerdsToGo as a part of the plan to turn the brand into a leader in the I.T. service industry.
