KFC Corporation has announced the appointment of Nick Chavez to KFC U.S.’s chief marketing officer, effective November 29, 2021. He will be responsible for leading marketing, advertising, public relations, media, and consumer insights, as well as the brand’s digital initiatives. Chavez will also be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to achieve the next chapter of growth for KFC U.S.
Chavez previously spent 11 years at Nintendo of America, where he recently served as the vice president of sales and marketing and communication. He has also held roles in retail and direct sales, marketing, advertising and communications in the U.S. and Canada.
Prior to joining Nintendo of America, he was the vice president of brand marketing at Yahoo!
