This latest announcement comes in a long line of new country signings for the real estate franchisor.
Realty ONE Group, a real estate franchisor with 16,000 real estate professionals across over 300 offices, has sold the franchise rights to a new owner in Spain, who will open the brand’s first locations within the European country.
Istvan Pasku has acquired Realty ONE Group’s Spanish rights, following a career as an established businessman with experience as a marketer, entrepreneur, and franchisor.

As a serial entrepreneur, Pasku has become a proficient marketer and has launched several international businesses. After experiencing a number of real estate property transactions himself, Pasku saw the opportunity to bring a new, more modern way of doing real estate to Spain.
