Experienced entrepreneurs are set to bring the brand to eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania.
Romeo’s Pizza, the growing international pizza franchise with 44 locations currently open, has announced plans to grow its presence in eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania; starting with the debut of Romeo’s in Salem, Ohio.
Owned by experienced restauranteur Patrick Howlett, the new Salem location will soon be joined by a site in Calcutta, Ohio, before the end of 2020. Patrick and his wife, Stacy, founded Howlett Restaurant Group in 2016 and have their own restaurant brand, Coaches Burger Bar.
“Fitting of our pledge to serve handcrafted excellence, the product speaks for itself,” said Howlett. “We make our dough fresh every day and only use high-quality ingredients. However, it goes beyond just the product with Romeo’s Pizza. It’s the purpose. We make pizza that brings people and communities together.”

Romeo’s Pizza plans to launch 60 new franchise locations by the end of 2021, with a goal of 250 total locations across the next five years.
