Healthy eating franchise Salad Box has opened a location in Cork, Ireland, ahead of opening two further units in Dublin.
The company which was set up five years ago by Dan Isai, Radu Lupas, Daniel Lar and Vlad Lupas, has 68 other locations trading in 12 countries, including those now operating in New York, Miami, London, Barcelona, Amsterdam and Budapest.
Salad Box has plans to open 20 outlets in Ireland over the next three years. Mike Kelly, Managing Director of Salad Box Ireland, said: “At Salad Box, we seek to deliver tasty healthy food every day. Our passion for amazing food with focused customer service has lead us to 12 countries. It is a pleasure to add Ireland to this growing food revolution.”
He added, “In the Irish market we have teamed up with Java Republic to provide our customers with a fantastic all-organic coffee and tea experience, and last but not least we have created a range of vegan snacks such as cacao brownies and beetroot delights, which are incredibly tasty.”
