Venture X has announced the brand’s expansion into San Antonio, Texas in the summer of 2022. The flexible workspace brand will open a 35,000 sq. Ft space, which will take up two floors of the San Antonio Northwest Center, situated at the northwest corner of the IH-10/Loop 410 interchange in the city’s high-growth Northwest submarket. Easily accessible from San Antonio International airport and downtown, the address of the location once completed will be: 7550 IH 10 West (8th and 14th floors) San Antonio, TX 78229.
The new location will offer flexible workspace options for individuals and companies, as well as private offices for teams and individuals, dedicated or shared desks and virtual offices.
It will also have a full gym and onsite restaurant, as well as a community and café area to promote networking and collaboration. The community space will be bookable for business and networking events, as well as the conference and training rooms. The building also has reserved covered parking for convenience.
Venture X is part of a network of affiliated flexible workspace franchises within United Franchise Group’s Coworks division.
Jim Garrett is a San Antonio native and owner of the Venture X San Antonio-Northwest location. A graduate of San Antonio’s Trinity University, he later went on to pursue his MBA at the University of New Haven. Garrett is a former U.S. naval aviator, director of a Washington DC think-tank, IT consultant, CEO of an advertising agency, COO of an auto-racing sanctioning body, and professional racecar driver.
