Multi-unit operating group, Primestar Indiana, is spearheading the new location.
Slim Chickens has opened more than 250 locations across the United States and the United Kingdom and has 1150 locations currently under development.
The brand is best known for its hand-breaded, cooked-to-order tenders and emphasis on delivering Southern hospitality in a contemporary environment.
Its menu comprises chicken tenders, fresh salads, sandwiches, chicken and waffles, chicken wings, and 17 dipping sauces.
In recent years, the franchise has focused heavily on expanding its operations, with a 60 per cent increase in restaurants over the past two years. This has been coupled with a 13.6 per cent year-over-year increase in AUC, reaching $3,864,513*.
Slim Chickens is currently targeting several national markets including Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New York as well as overseas in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Turkey, and the GCC.
As part of its global expansion, the franchise hopes to attract multi-unit groups.

“With this being the second location opened in the state, it signifies the dedication and hunger we have for growth in current and new markets across the country,” said Lobdell.
