Slim Chickens, the better-chicken franchise brand, has announced the opening of its newest U.K. location in Haven Hafan, marking the brand’s 21st unit in the U.K. Boparan Restaurant Group has teamed up with Haven Holidays by Bourne Leisure to develop and open the new site.
The brand has over 175 locations open across the U.S. and U.K., and has over 900 locations in development.
“Growing across the United Kingdom is always exciting for us, especially with partners like Boparan Restaurant Group and Haven Holidays,” said Jackie Lobdell, vice president of franchise development at Slim Chickens.

Slim Chickens recently signed a mammoth deal in its home market, the U.S. The brand signed with an experienced operator, Al Cabrera to bring 14 units to the Illinois market.
