Franchisees, franchisor members and clients will benefit from the many technological advancements that will be coming with the new office space.
The Entrepreneur’s Source (TES), one of North America’s leading career ownership coaching franchises, will be moving into a new main office, also referred to as the Performance Enhancement Center, this month. Staying in Southbury, the home of TES for the last 22 years, the new home office is located in Heritage Circle, adjacent to the Heritage Hotel and Conference Center.
The new 10,000 square-foot space is larger than the organization’s previous premises and will accommodate TES’s growing team in an expanded training facility.
Over the last three years, the company has doubled its team to more than 30 on-site members and therefore, had a greater need for expansion of its facility. In 2019, the company helped more than 4,500 clients explore the possibilities of self-sufficiency in their ‘career 2.0’.
Franchisees, franchisor members and clients will benefit from the many technological advancements that will be coming with the new office space. Along with fiber optics equipped throughout the entire office, the new space also has a state-of-the-art facility that features a new telecommunications system and upgraded training technology. Windows line the entire building and the technology-enabled rooms can host virtual meetings to allow remote collaborations and enhanced communication.
“Our new performance enhancement center is a symbol of our long-term focus on the future and exciting chapter in our growth,” said Terry Powell, The Entrepreneur’s Source’s founder. “This move represents a significant milestone for our company. The new office space better accommodates our growing team and enables us to provide industry-leading support and coaching to our franchisees.”
