The sports lodge franchise brand is expanding its leadership team with two veterans of the industry.
Twin Peaks, the sports bar franchise with 78 locations across the U.S., has announced the appointment of two industry veterans into senior leadership roles within the brand.
Scott Gray will assume the role of chief financial officer, and comes with a career of more than 24 years’ experience in accounting and restaurant-level unit economics. Throughout his career, Gray has worked with the likes of Pappas Restaurants and Luby’s, Inc. In his new role, Gray will work as a strategic partner between Twin Peaks’ management team, franchise partners, and investors.
Mike Prentiss is Twin Peaks’ new controller, having worked for 15 years across a variety of roles at Ernst & Young, Landry’s Restaurants, and Fogo De Chao, where he worked his way up to chief financial officer. At Twin Peaks, Prentiss will direct all accounting operational functions.
“We are very excited to have Scott and Mike join the Twin Peaks team,” said Twin Peaks CEO, Joe Hummel. “Both team members bring extensive, impressive backgrounds with proven track records of success in finance and in the restaurant industry to our brand. We look forward to them both making significant impacts within our team and Twin Peaks as a whole.”
