Another transatlantic burger chain is eyeing territory in the UK – this time its the Habitat Burger Grill. 30 sites are planned to open by 2023. Habitat Burger, which launched in Santa Barbara in 1969, has signed a franchise agreement with Pegasus Foods to launch its first two restaurants in Greater London suburbs by 2018.
