Fast-casual artisan pizza specialist Urban Bricks Pizza is to add locations in Panama, Arizona, Colorado and Illinois. The custom-pie company presently operates 14 outlets, based in Texas and Ontario.
Urban Bricks has signed a five-unit agreement for Panama, with the first location set to start up in Panama City, late 2018. A group of experienced restaurant owners will open a new location there annually, for the next five years. Three Urban Pizza locations will be operated by Anish Patel in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, under a three year agreement. In Colorado’s Fort Collins, Jason Wolf will be overseeing the launch of a new location this summer and plans to open a second in Northern Colorado.
The company now has more than 100 committed stores through individual and master franchise agreements and as well opening more restaurants in home state Texas, plans to expand in Florida, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, North Carolina and Oregon. Founder, Sammy Aldeeb said, “We are excited to introduce our edgy restaurant concept into new markets across the country and internationally.
