Australian Brad Sugars is the dynamic president and chairman of ActionCOACH, the company which he set up in Brisbane as Action International when he was in his early twenties. ActionCOACH is now a leading global business coaching firm with more than 1,000 offices in 34 countries and is responsible for the coaching of some 15,000 businesses per week. He achieved such success, he says, through hard work, determination, and a systemized approach to business. ActionCOACH is far from being the only string to his restless bow; as an author, business coach and entrepreneur, Brad Sugars has operated more than two dozen companies.
